RemoteCare Return Instructions

1.  HAVE THE ORIGINAL BOX

  • Start by pressing the Care Team button to speak with your personal nurse/care team member and inform them you’d like to return your equipment and have the original box.
  • They will confirm the items for return and schedule UPS to collect the package.
  • UPS will attempt to pick up on 3 consecutive business days within 4-7 business days from the initial return request.

 

2.  NEED A BOX

  • Start by pressing the care team button to speak with your personal nurse/care team member and inform them you’d like to return your equipment and need a box.
  • They will confirm the items for return and have a box with a return label sent to your address.
  • Once you receive the box and before you package the items, press the care team button again to notify your nurse.
  • They can customize pick up to a specific date and time window preferred.
  • Package your items, adhere the return label, and wait for the package to be collected.
