Mr. Weinzierl founded Anelto with a simple mission – make a difference by transforming healthcare for seniors who want to continue living their lives in the comfort of home. With this goal in mind, Mark knew he had to create a company that could take the whole healthcare ecosystem into account, including the senior, caregivers, payer infrastructures, and medical care providers and health systems. Utilizing the latest technologies, Mark founded Anelto to provide options that could seamlessly integrate all of these constituents not in a hospital or clinic setting, but in a senior’s living room. Our innovative solutions make it easy to keep people safe and healthy, encourage medication compliance and patient engagement, and intervene during times of urgent need. Mr. Weinzierl is a graduate of Iowa State University with a degree in engineering. Mr. Weinzierl’s past experience include successfully founding a number of businesses including Inet, Inc. which he helped take public in 1999 and Enfora which sold to Novatel Wireless in 2010. Using this experience, he created healthcare solutions for seniors that were – easy to install, easy to use, and easy to maintain for any patient or caregiver.
Mark Denissen serves as the president and chief executive officer of Anelto. He has a storied career in the technology sector. Mr. Denissen worked more than three decades with Texas Instruments (TI), serving in various roles before becoming the Vice President of Worldwide Strategic Marketing. In this role, he was responsible for the startup of businesses such as Medical Devices, LED lighting solutions, and motor control solutions. Additionally, he was responsible for the commercialization of breakthrough technologies developed in Kilby Labs, TI’s long-range research and development center, and worked directly with TI’s Chief Technical Officer to move numerous projects towards commercialization. Additional experience includes working with GM, Storage Products, and multiple companies on a range of business development assignments. He holds a BSEE degree from the University of California Los Angeles.
Richard Roberson joined the Anelto team after more than thirty years of experience in enterprise leadership in the fields of business and finance. Mr. Roberson has dedicated his career and extensive skills to helping companies during transitional periods. He works to build platforms that sustain growth and drive business success. He has worked with three start-up entities, those navigating complex mergers and acquisitions activities, as well as companies facing dramatically accelerated business growth. Mr. Roberson has also held executive roles in Razberi Technologies, Inc. and several other companies. Mr. Roberson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin, and he is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Texas.
Ms. Allen Joined our team as the Vice President of Operations in 2016, bringing decades of experience to our staff. She earned a BSME from the University of Missouri, and Ms. Allen completed graduate studies at Colorado State University earning a Master of Business Administration. Her previous experience includes a decade as the Vice President of Operations at Enfora in charge of their wireless product line. She also served as NPI Manager at Flextronics for five years and worked at HP in their supply chain sector. Her varied array of skills and experience make Ms. Allen an indispensable asset to the Anelto team.
David Fronk joined Anelto as the Senior Vice President of Business Development & Sales, bringing with him nearly three decades of experience as a leader and strategist in the healthcare space, including work for Bayer Pharmaceuticals and Adventis Pharmaceuticals as well as serving as the Chief Operating Officer for TotalCare2U. Mr. Fronk also worked as the Executive Vice President of Business Development and Marketing at Home Team, a company whose goals are similar to Anelto’s when it comes to delivering comprehensive healthcare solutions into patients’ homes. He holds a degree in Biology and Chemistry from Texas A&M University.
As a business geared toward helping patients receive the best in healthcare services, we are proud to have Dr. Paul Kim on our executive team as the Chief Medical Director. He has been practicing family medicine since graduating from Northeast Ohio University College of Medicine in 1991. His medical practice philosophy is simple – focus on patient-centered, preventive care to help people stay healthy, happy, and active at every life stage. Dr. Kim’s goals for the medical field align perfectly with ours. He maintians numerous medical certifications and licensures, and he has vast experience and a wealth of knowledge about the care needs of seniors and how Anelto can help the aging community get and stay healthier.
Scott Constien is a multi-talented individual who understands how to create technology that works, and in 2012, he joined Anelto as our Executive Vice President for Strategy & Engineering, bringing his knowledge and skill to help us continue innovating within the areas of remote patient monitoring and personal safety. Mr. Constein worked as the Vice President of Advanced Products for Enfora, Inc. from 1999 to 2012. In that role, he managed the Product and Program Management teams. Enfora was an innovator in wireless Internet of Things (IoT) solutions. Mr. Constien’s teams were pioneers in the areas of location based services and associated ultra low power remote asset management applications, and cloud and hardware design. Mr. Constien’s designs led to issued patents in advanced power management. He holds a BSEE from the University of Texas in Austin.
After more than 25 years of marketing and IT industry experience, Ann Marie joined Anelto as our Chief Marketing Officer, bringing her knowledge to the executive team to help us drive growth and connect our business to the vendors, clinicians, and other partners who can help get our innovative remote patient monitoring and personal safety technologies to the seniors we design them for. Using proven strategies to increase brand awareness and product reach, Ann Marie is helping Anelto grow, so we can offer our services in new areas, explore the changing face of the healthcare industry, and continue achieving our mission to help seniors thrive. Ann Marie holds a BS in Math and Computer Science from Le Moyne College, and she has worked in executive marketing for numerous companies, including Allscripts, CA Technologies, and Symantec.
Sheila Whatley is a chronic care management (CCM) and compliance subject matter expert with over 20 years of Healthcare operations experience that includes clinical informatics and healthcare software development. Sheila has over a decade of consulting experience in emerging industries and more than 24 years practicing as a nursing healthcare provider. Sheila has an extensive background in healthcare programs that include CCM, RPM, and transitional care management (TCM), including program software development, implementation, clinical delivery, and overall quality and compliance. As a healthcare industry consultant from 2008 to 2015, Sheila pioneered transitional health programs, innovative health technologies, and chronic care management systems. Sheila’s extensive background spans many healthcare environments such as physician practice, hospital systems, post-acute healthcare management, and home healthcare.
